John Low
Mr. Low is a real estate executive practicing in Southern California since 1977. Mr. Low has held senior positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation, Catellus Development Corporation, Cabot, Cabot and Forbes and Werdin Corporation, pre-eminent real estate companies nationally and locally. In his capacities he has successfully acquired, developed and marketed over 12 million square feet of office, industrial and retail product in markets from San Diego to Phoenix to San Francisco.
Over the course of Mr. Low’s real estate career he has successfully completed projects for Hanover Financial Company, Lennar Partners, Boeing Corporation, Ingram Micro, Iron Mountain, B/E Aerospace and The Los Angeles Times. Mr. Low is a registered architect in California and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 1976. Mr. Low is an active member of the National Association Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and American Institute of Architects (AIA). He resides in Irvine California with his wife and two children.
David P. Archibald, CFA
Mr. Archibald is a real estate executive practicing in Southern California since 1987, and has held senior positions at pre-eminent local and national real estate and financial institutions, including The Koll Company, The Capital Group, First Interstate Bank and Werdin Corporation. Mr. Archibald has a broad range of hands-on experience with development, acquisition, asset management, and financing commercial real estate projects. In his capacities he has successfully managed, acquired, developed and marketed over 10 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family projects in markets throughout California and the Western United States.
Mr. Archibald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Professional memberships include the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) where he earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts (LASFA), National Association of Corporate Real Estate (NACORE) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He resides in Coto de Caza, California with his wife and three children.
