was founded in 2002 by real estate industry veterans John Low and David Archibald. Their combined resumes include over 40 years of commercial real estate experience primarily within Southern California, but also including the Southwestern United States. Product types include office/medical office, industrial, retail and multi-family residential.

Low Archibald specializes in maximizing investor value through real estate development, asset repositioning and investment acquisition/dispositions. Low Archibald is aggressively pursuing opportunities from vacant infill land parcels to the rehabilitation of existing industrial, flex and office/medical office properties. Well located infill properties comprising of approximately 4-100 acres are of particular interest to the Company. Low Archibald primarily focuses on Southern California real estate opportunities from Ventura to San Diego counties, however, both principals have extensive experience in their careers with projects outside of California within the 13 western United States, and are willing to go wherever opportunities present themselves.
